Clear and Transparent Pricing:
When you order a standard plastic cup from CustomCupz, the listed product price is all-inclusive, with no extra charges. For initial orders, there is a one-time $75 plate setup fee per color. Repeat orders featuring the same design incur no setup fees. Additionally, complimentary shipping is provided for all orders amounting to $300 or more.

Minimum Order Quantity:
• For single-color prints, the minimum order is 1 case (1,000 cups).
• If you opt for 2 or more colors, the minimum order increases to 5 cases (5,000 cups).

Colors:
CustomCupz offers standard plastic cups printed in up to 6 colors. If you prefer a different color than what is shown in your image file, please specify in the “notes” section of the design window. If specific Pantone colors are necessary, you can also indicate them in the same section.

Digital Proofing Information:
For first-time orders, a digital proof will be provided. This proof, representing the exact appearance of the cup, will be sent via email after placing an order. During this phase, you can request any necessary changes or approve the proof. Production will only commence upon proof approval. It’s important to note that all sales are considered final once the proof has been approved.

Printing Error Disclaimer:
CustomCups does not conduct a review for spelling, grammar, or any other errors in submissions, and our design team does not perform such checks. The design will be printed exactly as it appears during the approval step. It is your responsibility to verify that all materials submitted for printing are correctly formatted.

Standard File Review:
Before approving a file for printing, ensure that your design is free from errors that could result in a suboptimal print product. While our design team will review files for common errors such as full bleed, text and content alignment within the print area, and spot color alignment, the final responsibility for checking these aspects rests with you.

Preferred File Type for Printing:
To ensure the highest print quality, we recommend providing Vector art files. Vector art allows for us to scale without losing quality and is typically generated using vector illustration programs like Adobe Illustrator. Common extensions for Vector files include .ai, .svg, .eps, and .pdf (not all .pdf files are vector). If obtaining Vector art is not possible, we are more than willing to collaborate with you. While we can work with raster images such as .jpg, it’s important to note that using these files may result in a reduction in print quality and potential delays in the order process. Standard Production Time:
